Known for their forward-thinking, client-first approach, this consultancy offers the perfect launchpad for a Quantity Surveyor eager to fast-track their career across a wide range of sectors - including Healthcare, Education, Residential, Retail, Commercial, and Hospitality. This is a hands-on role in a sociable, supportive office of 35 with 10 Quantity Surveyors from Apprentice to Associate - ideal for a Quantity Surveyor looking to build a strong and diverse portfolio while moving confidently towards chartership.

You will benefit from a market-leading APC programme with personal mentorship, exam prep, and structured development - backed by a clear pathway to progression.

The Quantity Surveyor - Requirements

  • Previous Quantity Surveying experience within a UK Construction Consultancy (ideally 2-5 years)
  • RICS Accredited degree qualification (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
  • MRICS or currently working towards APC
  • Good pre and post contract experience
