We are seeking a dynamic individual to oversee mechanical installations from the cradle to the grave and build client relationships, delivery, and handover. With a £20m turnover and a strong reputation for excellence, we seek a proactive Senior Mechanical Manager to join the team on an impressive development that will provide around 500 homes upon completion. Senior Mechanical Site Manager Responsibilities: * Working directly with project teams and clients to define project requirements and develop technical solutions. * Provide off-site technical support to construction teams on projects, with travel to sites also required. * Develop and agree on design processes and design deliverables. * Assist in the continual improvement of the QA System and execute project reviews. * Provide technical support to the estimating, procurement, commercial, marketing and project bid teams. * Lead Pre-Construction Engineering activities and the production of information, including design development, construction details, services coordination, technical submittals, sub-contracts, etc. Senior Mechanical Site Manager Requirements: * Ideally, 5+ years’ previous experience managing large projects and sub-contractors. * Experience of client and contractor interaction and management. * In-depth knowledge of all mechanical systems.
