We\’re looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join a friendly, fast-paced team in Worcester on behalf of our client — with the opportunity to move into a permanent role after a successful trial period! Your Day-to-Day Will Include: Handling a high volume of inbound & outbound enquiries across phone, email, and chat Providing professional and accurate advice about products, services & policies Resolving customer issues with empathy and efficiency Keeping customer records up-to-date using CRM systems Collaborating with internal teams to deliver top-tier service Staying informed on company updates and product knowledge What We’re Looking For: Excellent verbal & written communication skills Calm under pressure with natural problem-solving abilities Strong attention to detail & accuracy Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment A team player with a positive, customer-first attitude Working Hours (Full-time, 40 hours/week): Shifts vary between: Mon–Fri: 07:00–16:00, 08:00–17:00, 08:30–17:30, or 09:00–18:00 Sat: 08:00–17:00 | Sun: 09:00–12:00 ➡ Includes 1-hour unpaid lunch + one 15-minute paid break Training is on-site, with the potential to move to hybrid working based on performance!
