Production Team Leader

Production Team Leaders Required * Kirkby-in-Ashfield, NG17 * £14 per hour, rising to £15 per hour following successful probationary period * 6am – 2pm / 2pm – 10pm rotating * Temp to Perm Challenge-trg Recruitment\’s Mansfield Hub are working in partnership with a leading manufacturing business based out of Kirkby in Ashfield to recruit a Production Team Leader to join their established team. What you’ll do: * Lead and supervise a a small team on the production line (75% hands-on, 25% supervisory) * Oversee daily operations to ensure safety, efficiency, and quality * Manage line setups, pump changes, and part orders * Maintain accurate records using SAP and support quality audits * Troubleshoot issues and implement process improvements * Ensure compliance with health & safety and production standards What we’re looking for: * Strong production background with supervisory experience * FLT experience with in-date certs would be a benefit * Detail-oriented and proactive approach * Comfortable with both hands-on and admin tasks * SAP experience is a plus (but not essential) This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with immediate starts available.
