Your Role: Polestar Sales Specialist

This isn\’t your standard sales role. As a Polestar Sales Specialist, you\’ll bring our story to life – transforming curiosity into commitment, and interest into inspiration.

You Will

• Deliver immersive, one-of-a-kind customer experiences in our stunning Polestar Space
• Share the Polestar mission and spark excitement through detailed product knowledge and storytelling
• Guide customers through their journey – from first visit to test drive to handover
• Build long-term relationships and exceed expectations at every touchpoint
• Achieve sales targets and KPIs as part of a passionate, high-performing team
• Embody the Polestar values in everything you do – with pride, precision, and purpose

You Are

• Personable, professional, and passionate about delivering top-tier service
• Experienced in automotive retail or eager to grow in a forward-thinking sales role
• Detail-obsessed – remembering the small things that make big impressions
• Motivated by targets and committed to excellence
• Calm, organised, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
• A confident communicator with authentic charisma
• A full UK driving licence holder (held for at least 12 months)

What You\’ll Get

• Basic Salary: 27,040
• On-Target Earnings (OTE): 40,540 (including commissions and bonuses)
• Working Hours: 5-day week
• Holiday: 31 days (including Bank Holidays)
