About the Opportunity
We’re working with a well-established Wealth Management firm based in Liverpool that’s looking to grow its advisory team. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and client-focused Financial Advisor who thrives on building strong client relationships and converting warm leads into loyal clients. With a steady flow of high-quality leads, your main focus will be new business development, alongside supporting the firm’s Director with their established client portfolio. You’ll also be responsible for your own paraplanning, meaning this is a full 360° advisory role—ideal for someone who enjoys variety and autonomy.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert a strong flow of qualified leads into long-term clients
- Provide holistic financial planning advice, covering pensions, investments, and protection
- Conduct in-depth client fact finds and write your own suitability reports
- Support the Director with ongoing client reviews and servicing
- Manage and grow your own client bank over time
- Ensure a consistent and high-quality client experience
- Stay up to date with industry changes and regulatory requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (essential)
- Previous experience in a client-facing advisory role
- Comfortable delivering financial advice and writing your own reports
- Strong interpersonal skills and professional credibility
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a commercial mindset
The Offer
- Base salary of £50,000 – £80,000 (depending on experience and qualifications)
