Rocasa Consulting are supporting a large Housing Association with an Interim Facilities Assistant role basedin North Somerset wotking 37.5 hours per week Mon β Fri paying up to Β£18.74ph via Umbrella. To provide day to day operational FM services to colleagues and visitors in this front facing customer-focused role β’ To ensure the facilities are safe, clean, well-stocked, suitably maintained, well presented and comfortable at all times β’ To ensure a consistent approach to FM is applied, that colleagues can expect as the standard across all office sites Conduct regular daily/weekly checks to ensure the offices are clean, safe, secure, well presented, and fully stocked, taking corrective action when required. β’ Ensure meeting bookings are administered efficiently and that rooms are neat, tidy and equipped as required. β’ Support the efficient running of the post room and associated arrangements β’ Proactively identify and report any maintenance issues to the relevant party (landlord or contractor) and liaise closely with any affected colleagues. β’ Oversee planned maintenance, ensuring it is carried out safely in accordance with risk assessments and method statements provided in advance of any visits. β’ Following security protocol, issue security passes to colleagues, visitors and contractors. β’ Ensure FM activities are conducted in such a way as to limit our negative impact on the environment. You will require the following skills and experience:- Experience working in a customer facing role Driving License β’ Excellent written and spoken communication skills β’ Competent in a range of IT packages (including MS Office, particularly Excel) β’ Confident communicator β’ Highly organised β’ Basic repairs and maintenance skills β’ Positive and proactive approach to work β’ Enthusiastic with a desire to deliver against goals and deadlines
