PE Global is currently recruiting for a Product Supply Analyst with an accounting background for a leading global health and hygiene client based in Barrow-in-Furness. This is an initial 12-18 month contract position, working Monday-Friday 37.5 hours per week. Pay Rate is up to £20.50ph.
Duties of the role/Responsibilities:
- Deliver detailed analysis on performance to the leadership team for decision-making in minimising manufacturing costs and meeting mill objectives.
- Support in identifying opportunities for improving cost performance to ensure continuity of a competitive manufacturing facility.
- Produce daily, weekly, and monthly reports, providing performance insight to the business.
- Ensure corporate financial controls and processes are adhered to.
Education/Experience:
- Analytical thinking / problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Accounting background and ideally studying towards a chartered finance qualification (CIMA/ACCA).
- Highly competent in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP's, Pivot tables etc.).
- Ability to meet deadlines, whilst working in a fast-moving changeable environment.
- Good communication skills (written and verbal).
- Building Effective Work Relationships.
