The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

Your role in this team will be varied working with children of all ages who are subject to a Child in Need Plan, Child Protection Plan or who have a Child and Family Assessment in place. You will work together with a range of agencies to manage and progress the child's plan. You will be responsible for co-ordinating, monitoring and changing service provision as identified, with the aim of promoting positive change within the child's home environment. You will respond to any identified risk with the support of your Team Manager, Family Support Workers, Social Work Support Officers, Advanced Practitioners, and Social Work Practice Consultants.

We have recently merged teams with the early help case managers who offer a great deal of expertise in the team.
