We are seeking a dedicated Customer Sales Agent to deliver high-quality, responsive support to Independent Business Owners and customers across Europe. This role offers a dynamic opportunity to collaborate with various departments, support sales and recruitment initiatives, and resolve customer queries with professionalism and care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding support to customers and Independent Business Owners across Europe.
- Partner with the Business Development team to support sales and recruitment efforts.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure seamless two-way communication.
- Work closely with customer care teams to resolve issues efficiently and empathetically.
- Translate training materials when needed.
- Contribute to sales growth through up-selling and cross-selling techniques.
Candidate Requirements:
- Fluency in Dutch and English is essential; additional Western European languages are a plus.
- Strong communication skills and professional phone manner.
- Demonstrates empathy and professionalism in all interactions.
- Previous experience in customer care or call centres is preferred.
- Able to work full-time in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends.
- This position is office-based in London.
