We are looking for an experienced Personal Assistant to join our client's dynamic team. In this role, you will primarily support the Managing Director and provide assistance to other senior team members as needed. We are seeking someone with demonstrable experience in a similar fast-paced environment, capable of effectively managing multiple priorities. Your proactive approach, exceptional organisational skills, and commitment to providing outstanding support will be key to your success in this pivotal position.

Responsibilities:

  • Comprehensive diary & office management; efficiently manage the Managing Director's schedule, appointments and overall office operations
  • Meeting coordination & support, including venue booking, agenda preparation and managing catering/refreshments
  • Prepare comprehensive board packs, attend meetings to accurately record minutes and ensure timely distribution of minutes and related communications
  • Arrange and coordinate all aspects of travel, transport and accommodation
  • Monitor, sort, prioritise, and respond to the Managing Director's emails as required
  • Prepare, type, copy, and distribute a variety of correspondence and reports
  • Event & Hospitality Coordination: Plan and execute internal events and external hospitality arrangements
