A well-established, hard services provider within facilities maintenance has a requirement for an experienced service helpdesk administrator to provide high quality service to their clients, liaising with the Contract's Managers as well as a team of HVAC service engineers and building maintenance engineers. Role will be based from their office in Sevenoaks.
As a Junior Administrator, you will be:
- Working with MS Office packages
- Checking all incoming emails daily and responding in a timely manner
- Managing the day-to-day running of the engineer's diary
- Answering all incoming client requests
- Dealing with all customer queries, complaints, and problem solving
- Assisting engineers with any day-to-day issues
This role would be suitable for someone looking to gain more experience in an administrator role. You must be able to work on your own initiative but also in a team environment.
You will have training provided and should have experience in an administrator role. You must be within a commutable distance to Sevenoaks.
