Mobile Plumber – Central Belt – 36-38K DOE Company van

CBW have an excellent new opportunity for a Mobile Facilities Plumber to join a leading facilities maintenance company. You will be responsible for maintenance / reactive / repairs of plumbing systems in commercial blue chip contracts.

Hours of work

Monday – Thursday 08.00 – 16.30

Friday 08.00 – 13.30

On call 1 in 5 £150 (min 3 hours call out at 1.5 and 2.0)

Duties Include

• Primarily jobbing works
• Minor works
• Maintenance
• Reactive repairs

Qualifications

• Time served plumber
• Driving license
• A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
• Client facing
• Driving Licence
• Excellent customer service skills
