A payroll company based in Kingston are looking for a switched on Customer Service Administrator to join their growing team. Administrator work can be fast paced but also rewarding. You will be reporting to the team leader on a day-to-day basis and working as part of the team and alone.
You will provide first contact with clients, employees, and contractors and as such this is a vital role in the company.
Customer Service Administrator Duties:- Answering incoming phone calls from clients and workers and returning these calls if necessary.
- Contacting all new starters to explain our services and the registration processes.
- Run the appropriate due diligence checks when required before adding information to system.
- Importing new starters from our platform into our bespoke database.
- Processing Client Contract Remittances and producing invoices.
- Running of daily payments.
- Processing pay adjustments.
- Strong communications skills.
