Working on an international caseload you will be involved in aviation finance, as well as general banking and finance, real estate finance, structured and debt finance, restructuring and Islamic finance including experience in LMA documentation. The role focuses on secured and unsecured financings and refinancings, sale and leasebacks, operating and finance lease agreements, trading, supply and maintenance services, private equity investments and restructurings.
