Are you passionate about supporting learning at all stages of education? We are currently recruiting Teaching Assistants for welcoming primary and secondary schools in the Blandford Forum, starting September. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a difference in both Key Stage 2 and Key Stage 3 classrooms, working closely with teaching staff and pupils to foster engagement, confidence, and progress in a friendly, rural school environment.
The Role
- Provide classroom support across both Primary, Secondary and SEN settings
- Assist in adapting resources and learning activities for a range of needs
- Work with pupils in small groups or 1:1 to support learning and wellbeing
- Promote a positive and inclusive classroom culture
- Ideal for those seeking long-term roles or flexible day-to-day support work
Requirements
- Previous experience working with children or young people in any setting
- A calm, compassionate, and proactive approach
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team

- An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
