The Quality Excellence Manager will oversee quality systems, ensuring high standards across all processes within the manufacturing department. This role is pivotal for driving continuous improvement and maintaining quality excellence and quality change management.

Description:

  • Develop and implement quality control strategies to meet industry standards and customer expectations.
  • Oversee quality assurance processes across manufacturing operations.
  • Delivery & development of a robust Quality Management System within production operations.
  • Lead internal audits and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and certifications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues effectively.
  • Analyse quality data and generate reports to support decision-making processes.
  • Provide training and guidance to staff on quality systems and best practices.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement within the organisation.

Profile: A successful Quality Excellence Manager should have:

  • A degree in a related discipline or relevant work experience.
  • Communication - clear, concise and confident.
  • Demonstrates strong skills in change management.
  • Leadership - can engage stakeholders and demonstrates a passion for excellence.
  • Experience in transformational change to progress Quality is key to this role.
  • Problem solving - seeks valid information to solve and eliminate issues.
  • Previous experience of operating within a senior level Quality role within manufacturing.
  • Experience of developing & implementing meaningful KPI's, targeting key areas of improvement.
  • Experience of dealing with Customers & Suppliers.
  • Quality Management experience - minimum 5 years.
