Description:
- Develop and implement quality control strategies to meet industry standards and customer expectations.
- Oversee quality assurance processes across manufacturing operations.
- Delivery & development of a robust Quality Management System within production operations.
- Lead internal audits and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and certifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues effectively.
- Analyse quality data and generate reports to support decision-making processes.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on quality systems and best practices.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement within the organisation.
Profile: A successful Quality Excellence Manager should have:
- A degree in a related discipline or relevant work experience.

- Experience of dealing with Customers & Suppliers.
- Quality Management experience - minimum 5 years.
