Your Role as a Primary Teaching Assistant: • Assist teachers in delivering exciting and engaging lessons. • Support children of all abilities, including those with additional needs. • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment. • Help shape confident, happy students through encouragement and guidance. Your Requirements: ✔ Experience working with children in a school setting. ✔ A Teaching Assistant qualification (Level 2 or 3) is a plus but not essential! ✔ A solid understanding of the National Curriculum. ✔ A friendly, patient, and supportive nature to inspire young learners. ✔ An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply for one).
