🔍 What We\’re Looking For:

• Experience in a residential or social care setting (preferred but not essential – we offer training!)
• A genuine passion for working with young people and vulnerable individuals
• Reliability, adaptability, and a can-do attitude
• An enhanced DBS (or willingness to undergo one)
• Level 3 Health & Social Care (preferred – or willing to working towards it)
