Are you an experienced Payroll Professional with added HR knowledge, looking for an exciting new opportunity? If so, please read on… Liberty Recruitment Group is excited to be working with our client in the search for a Part Time Payroll Assistant on a permanent basis, based in either Chichester or Andover. This is a 12 month FTC working 25 hours per week, with flexibility on hours across 5 days and hybrid working. Reporting into a fantastic Head of HR, this is a brand-new position created as part of their evolution. You will be responsible for delivering an efficient payroll service to the organisation, whilst also helping to manage the rollout of Benefits within the business. Some of your duties will include: Processing payroll in an accurate and timely manner, ensuring legislations are always adhered to. Resolving employee payroll queries in a timely manner. Preparing monthly and annual reports for management, audits, and legal purposes. Continuously reviewing processes and system functionality to improve efficiency. Helping to manage Companywide benefits schemes. Liaising with the company’s benefit providers. Playing an active partin the roll out of benefit programmes to all employees. The ideal candidate will be a highly experienced Payroll Professional who is confident using HR systems. It would be advantageous if you are familiar with Dayforce, Workday, etc. As a person you will be curious and enjoy looking into systems to help identify better working practices. You will also enjoy problem-solving and looking for ways to improve processes and fix any system issues.
