Do you have a passion for education and supporting young learners? We are currently recruiting Teaching Assistants for friendly primary and secondary schools in the Lytchett area, starting September. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the classroom – helping to support pupils academically, socially, and emotionally across both Primary and Secondary.

The Role

  • Provide in-class support for pupils across Primary, Secondary and SEN levels
  • Assist in adapting resources and delivering targeted learning activities
  • Offer 1:1 or small group support for children with additional needs
  • Promote a positive, inclusive and supportive learning environment
  • Suitable for both long-term roles and flexible daily supply work

Requirements

  • Previous experience working with children or young people (in schools or other settings)
  • A calm, supportive and adaptable approach
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • The ability to build positive relationships and support a range of learning needs
  • An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
