Assistant Site Manager - North West London - Residential

I am currently in need of an Assistant Site Manager to join the existing team on a new build development of 200 units in South Harrow, North West London. The project is currently at 1st fix stage and the suitable candidate will be required to assist with managing the project through to final snag & handover. The Candidate – must be capable of managing internal trades, site inductions, raise permits, tool box talks, work to tight deadlines, influence H&S on site and Q/A. Site tickets required are SMSTS & First Aid qualified. My client are looking to pay a competitive basic salary plus car allowance, pension & holidays. They are also looking to start the suitable candidate ASAP / by end of June 25.
