Benefits: What’s in it for you? * Basic Salary of £24,500 pa * Company pension plan * Company Life Assurance Plan * 28 days paid annual leave * Opportunities for future training and career development Duties: * Input into the design, delivery and evaluation of training programmes and procedures for both internal & external training requirements * Delivery of face to face and online training sessions, including mandatory and annual learning * Development of training materials * Assisting with the recruitment, onboarding, induction and certification of new recruits * Undertake regular employee quality assessments in line with requirements to identify training needs * Assist with the development and delivery of client training * Maintain an up to date knowledge of all relevant Company / Client policies and procedures, and relevant Regulations * Maintain and update training records and procedures in line with company, certification and legislative requirements * Provide support with ISO QMS, conduct internal audits, and support external audits * Provide reports and insight as required
