Contracts Manager - Cladding

Cladding / Facade Contracts Manager (Freelance)   Our client is a sub contractor within the Cladding / Facade sector.  They are looking to identify and engage a Project / Contracts Manager with previous experience at this level working for Cladding specialists.   They currently have 2 projects in London (Cricklewood & Brentford) that they want someone to manage.   Experience required    Responsible for various tasks such as Site preparation, Health and Safety, following a program of works, customer interaction, cost control and supporting the Directors for all site wide works. Your keen eye for detail and excellent organisation skills will play a pivotal role in ensuring every project operates smoothly and efficiently.   To excel in this role, you should have proven site experience, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving as well as the usual and relevant Site Management Qualifications.   Job Details: Following and delivering each project to the program. Ensuring all Health and Safety policies are followed on site. Ensuring all works are delivered to an excellent standard. Organisation and preparation of documents, materials, and project delivery tasks. Answering phone calls and emails from suppliers, subcontractors, and clients. Ensuring that our internal records, costs and paperwork are accurate and up to date. Collaborating with our skilled workforce to get things done the right way, first time. Identifying areas of improvement and suggesting solutions to streamline operations The ideal candidate will: Have proven experience as a Contract Manager within the roofing and cladding industry. Be highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills Be proactive and resourceful in problem-solving Have a strong work ethic and be a team player The client are growing this division of their business and as such there is a real opportunity for long term work.   Remuneration via a Day rate – To be agreed
