As a Salesforce Consultant, you will play a crucial role in delivering Salesforce solutions that meet our clients' business needs and objectives:
- Design and propose Salesforce solutions that align with best practices and the client's business goals.
- Configure Salesforce and perform necessary customisations to meet client requirements.
- Oversee data migration efforts, ensuring the accurate transfer of data from legacy systems to Salesforce.
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of Salesforce solutions.
- Provide user training and support to ensure the successful adoption of Salesforce by client teams.
- Create comprehensive documentation of the implemented Salesforce solution, including process flows and user guides.
- Assist in project management activities, including timeline management and issue resolution.
- Provide ongoing support to clients, address post-implementation issues, and recommend improvements.
A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Consultant, with a proven track record of successful implementations. Broad knowledge of various Salesforce products, including but not limited to Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Nonprofit Cloud etc. Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud are preferred. Familiarity with project management methodologies.
