We are recruiting for a dedicated Nights Registered Nurse with care home experience on behalf of our established client, in a tranquil & picturesque setting. If you share values of quality, passion, dignity, and respect, we want to hear from you!
Skills / Qualifications:
- RGN or RMN qualified with excellent clinical skills, within a Nursing Home setting
- NMC-registered nurse with valid PIN and team coordination and leadership qualities
- Skilled in risk assessment, care planning, and mentoring staff
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and supervise teams effectively
- Commitment to professional development and ongoing training
- Basic computer literacy, first aid knowledge, and health & safety awareness
