Home Manager required for an established and newly acquired elderly care home in Brighton. This is an excellent opportunity to join an expanding regional provider at one of their newest homes. This is a good rated >60 bed nursing home that provides exceptional levels of care and has outstanding staff retention rates. Requirements RN / L5 / L4 Management or equivalent qualification RGN qualification with valid NMC Pin Experience of successfully managing a nursing home Proven ability in budget preparation and control Excellent knowledge of CQC legislation Positive and engaging leadership Responsibilities Maintaining the successful running of the home; providing the highest standards of care and exceeding residents expectations and needs.
