Location: Worcester (Warndon Area)

Pay Rate: £13.00 - £13.50 per hour

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 13:30 – 22:00 (30-minute lunch break)

Workforce Staffing is currently recruiting for a full-time, temp-to-perm Warehouse Operative with a valid FLT Counterbalance licence. A Reach truck licence is preferred but not essential. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing logistics company based in the Warndon area of Worcester.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operating FLT (Counterbalance essential; Reach preferred) in a busy warehouse
  • Picking stock based on pick sheets
  • Inputting data into computer systems
  • Safely storing pallets
  • Loading and unloading deliveries and production lines
  • Moving stock around the yard
  • Working effectively as part of a team

Requirements:

  • A valid and in-date FLT Counterbalance licence (Reach licence preferred)
  • Previous warehouse/logistics experience
  • Basic computer skills for data entry
  • Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
