The Role
As a Junior Commercial Manager, you'll work alongside senior commercial staff to support the financial and contractual management of construction projects from pre-construction to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents
- Support in contract administration and management of subcontracts
- Monitor project costs and report on variances
- Help manage risk and ensure compliance with commercial policies
- Collaborate with QS's / Contract Managers
- Contribute to monthly financial reports and forecasts
- Build strong working relationships with site teams, clients, and subcontractors
