Maintenance Plumber

Maintenance Plumber – Continental Shift – Commercial building – Battersea – Temp to perm – up to £24p/h My client is looking for a Maintenance Plumber to be based in a commercial building In Battersea. The successful candidates will have either C&G / NVQ 2 or 3 in Plumbing. Working with the maintenance team on site, He or she will be required to carry out Plumbing maintenance in a commercial environment. In return, the company are offering an hourly rate of £24p/h.  Hours of work & Salary  £24p/h ( paid via umbrella ) Continental Shift – 07:00 am-19:00 pm / 19:00 pm -07:00 am Overtime Available  Mechanical duties: Fire alarm testing and sprinkler testing AHUs/FCUs – filter changes, belt changes, actuator changes, coil cleans Pumps – PPMs or strip downs (replacing seals, bearings, valves, overhauls) Motors – PPMs (re-winds, overhauls) Water treatment – dipslides, pH & temperature testing, chlorination, chemical dosing Water pressurization units Chlorifiers – annual inspection, descaling Steam Plant Condensers, Condenser Returns Cooling towers Softeners Humidifiers Hydraulics Pneumatics Boilers – re-sets Chillers – re-sets, 1st Line faults Requirements Experience working in a large commercial building, willing to learn DBS required  Mechanical / Plumbing qualifications ( NVQ 2 or 3 / C&G ) You must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates (Essential) Prior experience working in commercial building maintenance advantageous Good communication skills Excellent customer skills  Must be able to get to site for 07:00am start Availability for a teams call prior to starting  If you are interested please email your CV to (url removed)
