Berkeley Scott is recruiting talented Hospitality Staff for immediate starts in Edinburgh!

If you are experienced in Bar or Waiting Staff roles and want to work as part of a successful team providing customers with an exceptional level of food and service, then you are the candidate we are looking for.

Responsibilities:

• Work on busy event bars and/or provide bar table service as required
• Serve food & drinks, including cash handling
• Provide VIP Box and Restaurant Service
• Assist with the clear down and closure of the unit at the end of each shift

Ideal Candidates will have the following:

• Previous experience in a busy bar or event environment
• Knowledge of cocktails is preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and sometimes challenging environment
• Excellent organizational skills
• Good team player with the ability to work independently
• Take pride in your work
