Qualifications:

Valid Construction Skills Certification Scheme ( CSCS) card

Full, current UK driving licence

Skills:

Good interpersonal and communication skills

Strong time management abilities

Basic literacy and numeracy skills

Awareness and understanding of personal health and safety, method statements, and risk assessments

Experience:

Solid understanding of building- related maintenance

Relevant work- based experience in a similar role

Physically fit with sound hearing and vision

Enthusiastic and motivated

Reliable and punctual

Conscientious with a strong work ethic

Self- motivated and proactive

Able to work well with others

Must be able to obtain Baseline Personnel Security Standard ( BPSS) clearance, or meet any other contract- specific security requirements
