Our client has an opportunity for a Retail Expert to join them on a contract basis until the end of March 2025 with potential for extension. You will be representing the organisation and engaging customers by demonstrating the features of products in key retailer stores.

Location: Cribbs Causeway - Bristol

Hourly Rate: £12.50ph PAYE

Shift: Tuesday 10:30-19:00, Wednesday 10:30-19:00

What you’ll be doing:

  • Engaging customers by demonstrating the powerful features of products in key retailer stores, ensuring the product is fitting for the customer’s needs and requirements.
  • Developing and driving sales aligned with business plans and targets.
  • Building relationships with the in-store team and supporting throughout the day.
  • Proactively uploading your individual progress and sales throughout the day on our chosen platform.
  • Ensuring the store/fixtures are presentable to standards.
  • Managing stock levels throughout the day.

Requirements:

  • You’ll be a confident and professional salesperson who loves a challenge and understands retail.
  • Experience in Luxury retail is desirable but not essential.
  • Able to achieve monthly sales targets.
  • You will be enthusiastic and passionate about new technology, including Floor care, hair care and lighting to name a few, to engage in conversations with customers.
  • An ambitious spirit will be necessary for ensuring growth within your store.
  • Excellent communication skills and a real passion for giving the customer a first-class experience.
  • Two years referencing will be required.
