Daytime Healthcare are assisting a national care provider to find an Assistant Service Manager to join the team in the Addlestone area. This service supports young adults who have learning disabilities, autism and behaviours that challenge. This will be across three 24 hour homes and supporting individuals within their own homes and their community. This role within Addlestone Community covers Addlestone, Chertsey and Woking area and the role requires you to be fully flexible, hold a Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
