Warehouse Voice Pickers

Hours: 06:30 – 14:30, Monday – Friday

Pay: £12.47 – 12.97 per hour (depending on if you work 5 shifts per week)

Location: Rugby (Swift Valley)

Type: Long Term Temporary Contract (not permanent)

Start Date: ASAP

We are seeking experienced warehouse pickers trained in voice picking for a company in Rugby.

This manual, active role involves using a headset to pick home entertainment products, similar to Siri or Alexa. You will walk around the pick face, select items, meet production targets, and perform replenishment tasks.

The warehouse is clean, warm, modern, and the products are not heavy.

Candidate Requirements:

• Local to Rugby
• Confident in picking
• Able to read and speak English
• Positive, outgoing personality
