We have an excellent opportunity for Part Time Glass Collector and Bar Back to join The Dirty Onion.

We will only consider applications that meet the following criteria:

Essential Criteria:

• 6 months in a similar busy city centre bar
• Fully flexible to work Friday and Saturday evenings
• Proven track record of Customer Care

Desirable Criteria:

• NVQ Level 2 in Food & Drink Service (or similar)
• 6-12 months experience in a busy bar
• Level 2 or higher Food Hygiene Certificate (must be current)
• First Aid Certificate (must be current)
