CSA is currently sourcing a candidate for our long-standing client.

* MUST have a full UK driving license *

Our client is a local company with years of experience in the waste, materials recycling, and recovery industry. They have developed purpose-built facilities in Carmarthenshire operated by professional staff to ensure maximum recycling.

Job Title: Recycling Operative

Contract Type: Full-time temporary contract, on a temp-to-perm basis.

Pay Rate: £10.42 per hour

Shifts:

• Monday – Sunday
• 08:00 – 18:00 (Summer hours)
• 08:00 – 16:00 (Winter hours)

Locations: Llanelli, Ammanford, Nantycaws

Role Duties:

• Follow instructions from line management regarding health and safety for all personnel and visitors.
• Carry out daily operations as directed by Site Manager / Recycling Foreman, complying with legislative requirements.
• Ensure household waste is segregated and disposed of in correct recycling containers.
• Inform Recycling Foreman of container disposal requirements.
• Assist and advise members of the public.
• Sort waste and remove non-recyclable items.
• Inspect materials for contamination.
