Job Description

Purpose: Deichmann are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Sales Assistant to join the team in our Warrington store.

You will be offered a competitive hourly rate of up to £12.41 per hour + non-contractual, hourly sales commission.

At Deichmann, our Sales Assistants play a vital role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience to our customers.

This is a part-time, temporary position working 4 hours per week. Ideal candidates are energetic, driven, and passionate about working in a fast-paced, customer-facing retail environment.

You should have a positive attitude towards providing exceptional customer service, work well within a team, have the stamina for a fast-paced shop floor, and remain calm under pressure.

Key Activities

• Approaching customers and providing helpful, knowledgeable information on products.
• Serving customers at the till and processing sales transactions.
• Recommending and promoting complementary products with each sale.
• Collaborating with the team to achieve store sales targets and KPIs.
• Replenishing stock to ensure shelves are always full.
• Processing stock deliveries promptly.
• Maintaining a clean and tidy shop floor to a high standard.
• Performing additional ad hoc duties as required.
