Job Description:

We are seeking a Female Support Worker to provide flexible support to an adult male with an acquired brain injury. The role involves helping organise appointments and correspondence, and motivating and supporting the client in accessing leisure, health, and social services, as part of an individual programme plan.

Hours of work: Initially a minimum of 8 hours per week on a flexible basis, with potential for additional hours. Exact hours and days are negotiable, and work may include weekdays and weekends based on client needs.

The client would particularly welcome applicants with an Afro-Caribbean heritage.

Rate of pay: £17 per hour on weekdays.

Due to the nature of the role, an enhanced check with the Disclosure and Barring Service will be required.
