Role Overview: We are seeking a user experience designer who can take ownership of the design lifecycle from discovery through to delivery. You’ll be working alongside multidisciplinary teams to translate complex requirements into clear and usable experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Apply human-centred design approaches across service delivery phases
- Collaborate with researchers and other designers to shape and act on user insights
- Translate stakeholder needs into user-friendly, accessible design outcomes
- Present and defend design decisions based on user research and usability testing
- Produce UX assets such as personas, journey maps, interactive prototypes, and wireframes
- Develop digital and paper-based prototypes quickly to test ideas
