Job Description:

We are seeking experienced and dedicated staff to work in a creative and dynamic environment. The role involves collaborating with professionals, families, management, and supported individuals to provide high-quality, tailored care and support. Responsibilities include helping individuals achieve personal goals, and enhancing independence, choice, and decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have experience in:

• Supporting individuals who may challenge services
• Responding positively to emotional needs to promote wellbeing
• Working with management, MDTs, and professionals to develop and review Positive Behaviour Support Plans
• Maintaining accurate records and following support plans

The successful candidate will participate in service-specific training and may work alongside external providers to better understand support needs. CVs are not accepted for this application.
