Duties:
- Support day-to-day portfolio management, including portfolio construction, asset allocation, investment selection, and reporting.
- Ensure portfolios remain aligned with client objectives and internal investment strategies.
- Assist with managing cash flows and liquidity across portfolios.
- Maintain portfolio management systems and ensure data accuracy.
- Join client meetings and participate in pitches and portfolio discussions.
- Monitor and execute trades in line with client requirements.
- Provide investment research and due diligence on multi-asset strategies.
- Assist in designing bespoke portfolios for prospects based on model allocations.
- Take part in team initiatives and represent the team in wider business projects.
Requirements:
- 3–7 years of experience in a junior or assistant portfolio management role.
- Broad asset class coverage (Equities experience essential).
- Fund research experience.
- Solid academic background, ideally in finance, economics, or a related field.
- Progression towards CFA designation or other relevant investment qualifications preferred.
- Client-facing experience, with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
