The role: We are looking to hire an exceptional Customer Service Advisor. A friendly, knowledgeable and confident communicator who will help convert new inbound client enquiries into long-term customers. If you have a competitive streak, you will thrive in this challenge. The successful candidate will receive inbound enquiries from domestic and corporate customers. We will provide you with outstanding training and support to enable you to convert enquiries into sales. Your role will be to ask engaging questions, fact find and understand client requirements. You will then advise clients on solutions our company can provide to assist them with their waste recycling needs. This role is critically important to the company as you will be the first point of contact with customers, and first impressions last! We provide in-house training, industry and product knowledge and a thorough induction process. You will be based in our Wingrave office, handling both telephone and email enquiries. All targets in the role are both realistic and achievable.
Skills and Experience:
- Previous customer service experience is essential
- Fantastic verbal communication skills – listening, processing information, and explaining are essential
- Attention to detail and the ability to write clear and accurate emails to clients are also essential
- You will bring enthusiasm and great organisation to the role
Remuneration & Benefits:
- c. £25,000 pa + commission + team bonus (Depending on skills and previous experience)
