Warehouse operative Full time Days

To succeed as a Warehouse Operative you’ll be someone who can put people at the heart of everything you do, building relationships with your team and acting quickly to help our customers. This is a hands-on job for people who enjoy tackling big challenges as part of a team, who like to stay active and who love to see their work make a visible difference.

You don’t need any previous experience in working in a warehouse. We’ll make sure you’re fully trained.

A day in the life at our Distribution Centres

• Support store colleagues by making sure orders are assembled accurately
• Pick and handle stock manually
• Maintain a tidy warehouse and address potential hazards safely and efficiently
• Ensure stock is received, stored, packed, and transported to high standards
• Take ownership of safety for yourself and others
• Use tools and training materials effectively
• Operate Mechanical Handling Equipment efficiently
• Work independently and as part of a team

Full-time day shifts: 5 days from 7, rotating weekly between 06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00 (37.5 hrs/week, including some weekends)

Hourly rate: £14.58 + overtime and premiums; performance bonuses based on attendance (88%, 92%, 99%)

Transport: Zeelo bus service from Hull and other stop-offs, with guaranteed seats and shift-aligned timetables
