As a Commis Chef of Events & Hospitality, you will join a small but vibrant team providing catering services across the school, for staff lunches, board meetings, celebrations, private dining, weddings, and external events.

You will assist with food preparation, production, stock control, and ensuring quality standards.

Shift Pattern Overview:

• 5 days over 7, with varied shifts depending on business needs – flexibility required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to standard and portion specifications
• Properly storing recovered food to minimize waste
• Maintaining cleanliness of kitchens and work areas
• Using machinery and equipment correctly
• Contributing to menu development
• Managing cleanliness and housekeeping of kitchen, service, and waste areas

Person Specification:
