They're looking for a Junior HR Advisor to join their People Services team, someone who's confident handling ER queries and keen to grow their experience in a people-first environment.
What you’ll be doing:
- You’ll be a key point of contact for line managers, offering clear, compassionate, and commercially sound advice on a range of employee relations matters.
- You’ll also get involved in wider HR projects and play a key role in shaping a positive workplace culture.
- Delivering practical ER advice and support to managers.
- Coaching and upskilling line managers to handle people matters effectively.
- Leading on investigations and supporting formal processes (e.g. restructures, redundancies, TUPE).
- Acting as the first point of contact for HR queries and escalating where needed.
- Supporting HR projects linked to policy, culture, and continuous improvement.
- Keeping up to date with employment law and best practice.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in an HR Advisor or similar role, with solid understanding of ER processes.
- Strong working knowledge of UK employment law.
- Confident, collaborative approach with the ability to coach and influence.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A genuine interest in fairness, inclusion, and making work better for people.
