Key Responsibilities:
Greeting guests as they arrive at the restaurant and escorting them to their table
Presenting menus to guests and taking orders for food and drinks
Making recommendations to guests regarding food and beverage selections
Serving food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner
Checking on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any issues
Processing payment for meals and handling cash and credit card transactions
Assisting with the setup and clean-up of the restaurant before and after service
Cleaning and resetting tables for the next guests
Collaborating with kitchen and bar staff to ensure that food and beverages are delivered accurately and on time
Required Qualifications & Experience:
Experience in a similar role
Excellent communication skills
Meticulous attention to detail, highly organised and capable of handling multiple tasks
A proactive self-starter who can work independently with good judgement and minimal directionc
The starting salary for this role is £10.42. Any increase on this salary, will be based on individual candidate experience, which will be assessed during the interview
