Your main responsibilities will include

1. Providing a warm welcome to our guests
2. Using our computerised hotel system to process guest details
3. Ensuring that billing charges are entered correctly and that daily takings are balanced
4. Dealing with queries from guests and ensuring that any requests are met swiftly
5. Producing accurate guest accounts upon checkout to ensure a smooth departure
6. Adapting your communication style to suit various situations, listening, reacting, and resolving to provide an individual, personalized experience for our guests

Qualifications and skills

Experience in a customer-facing role would be advantageous, but full training will be provided. Our Team Development Programme will equip you with the skills needed to succeed and progress your career at Ragdale Hall Spa. GCSE grade C or above (or equivalent) in Maths and English are essential.

Hours of work

10 hours per week on a 2-week rota: 2 evenings in week 1 and 3 evenings in week 2, including alternate weekends.

Salary

Age 16-17 – £8.20/hour
Age 18-20 – £9.65/hour
Age 21+ – £11.54/hour
