WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Use your extensive comprehensive market research experience to understand the sector that our business operates within, and propose new products or services to fuel our future growth.
- Develop your understanding of our current business services and provide data-based intelligence to increase customer loyalty, product and service enhancements and reduce the cost of service.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to provide valuable insights that will feed into our strategic business plans.
- Provide insight and data-based intelligence to increase our customer lead conversion and refine our internal processes.
- Assist in the development of marketing and business plans by providing assessment and analysis of sales enquiries profitability.
- Work with Finance Manager to develop business cases and shape product decisions.
- Develop and deliver models for assessing expected and actual delivery against ongoing business objectives.
- Establish a process for regular internal feedback, intervention and action planning to ensure that ongoing cases deliver against billing targets.
- Develop a process to engage operation teams in performance assessment alongside clinical assessment.
- Assess, analyse and develop action plans to ensure that margins are improved in line with growth targets.
- Research, analyse and make recommendations for enhancing the case management service.
- Research, analyse and make recommendations for commercial development of associated services and products.
- Lead internal project delivery of new product and service developments.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:
- Significant experience providing comprehensive market research and translating this into strategic business objectives.
- Highly numerate and familiar with developing models to assess performance.
- Business focussed analytical skills - able to assess, assimilate and present information to support decision making.
- Delivery focused with a curiosity to explore new opportunities.
- Project management and delivery experience.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
