Summerley Recruitment is excited to support Victorious Festival in Portsmouth, one of the biggest events in the South. The festival runs for three days with an incredible lineup, and this is a great opportunity to showcase your bartending skills!

We are looking for staff who can work all three days: Friday 25th August, Saturday 26th August, and Sunday 28th August.

You will be working in a high-volume environment, so a good work ethic and teamwork are essential.

Previous bar experience is essential.

Shifts are 10+ hours, starting from 10 am and ending between 9 pm and 11:30 pm.

Pay is £11.68 per hour including holiday pay, with payments made on Friday, 8th September.

The event is located on Southsea Common. Free staff camping is available at Farlington Fields with shuttle buses to the event. If you have a car and space, you can claim mileage to cover fuel costs when sharing rides with other staff.
